About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Packaging Commercialization Manager to lead our Supply Chain packaging group at Kao USA, Inc.

This role is responsible for planning and executing production trials to commercialize New Product Development initiatives. You will create and maintain package component technical specifications.

The team provides technical support services for all commercialized products, and you will directly manage a team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead the Project Management Packaging team in all scale-up and optimization activities.
  • Technical Support: Work alongside the Project Management Packaging team to troubleshoot technical packaging problems and identify corrective actions.
  • Managerial: Provide training, coaching, and performance management to the team to achieve high productive output, strong morale, and effective individual development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Packaging, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Strong technical aptitude of packaging materials and processes.
  • Proven ability to effectively lead and develop teams.
  • 10+ years of professional experience.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
