Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced attorney to join our Privacy and Information Security Unit (PISU) within our Corporate Law Department. As a Counsel in this unit, you will play a critical role in advising on enterprise programs related to privacy, information security, risk, and compliance.

Our team is responsible for providing legal advice on federal and state privacy and information security requirements, enterprise risk management, and the compliance and ethics program. You will work closely with peers in other legal practice groups and business leaders throughout the enterprise to ensure that our programs are aligned with the latest laws, technologies, and business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Advise on privacy and information security requirements, including federal and state laws and regulations
  • Provide legal guidance on enterprise risk management and compliance programs
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement privacy and information security policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in laws, technologies, and business objectives to ensure that our programs remain effective
Requirements
  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in at least one state and membership in good standing of the bar
  • 5+ years of experience with privacy and/or information security laws and regulations
  • Familiarity with risk and/or compliance programs
  • Demonstrated adaptability, learning agility, and ability to excel in a collaborative environment
