Key Attributes of Successful Inspectors:
- Capability to safely navigate and inspect various roof types, particularly steep and high roofs
- Technical proficiency to conduct inspections under diverse weather conditions

- Experience in roofing, construction, or insurance claims is advantageous but not mandatory
Essential Requirements:
- Dependable truck or SUV capable of transporting and handling at least a 32' ladder
- Ability to complete inspection documentation using a Hancock-approved device
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office applications, including Outlook and Teams
- HAAG Certification is beneficial
- Willingness to obtain any necessary certifications or credentials to join our contractor network
