**Key Responsibilities**

• Support and enforce all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) throughout the plant

• Run breaks for palletizer and line supply

• Yard spotter duties, including moving trailers and maintaining trailer inventory

• Manage raw materials on the yard

• Maintain the sanitation and general appearance of the yard

• Back-up shipping and receiving responsibilities

• Maintain warehouse sanitation

• Support loading and unloading operations as needed

• Support line supply and palletizer operations as needed

• Manage raw materials, including cans, bottles, fiber, wraps, and shrink film

• Manage full goods

• Train new hires on loading, palletizers, and line supply operations

• Train on yard spotter activities

• Train on forklift operations

• Troubleshoot pallet inventory and system errors

• Rework pallets to meet Refresco product quality guidelines

• Build mixed pallets and DRP to meet customer demands

• Maintain department documents, including collection, review, and advisement

**Requirements**

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain management

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
