Key Responsibilities:

  • WEEKLY TRAVEL IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE
  • Oversee and coordinate all construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project schedules, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
  • Lead and manage a team of skilled laborers and subcontractors, offering direction and support as necessary.
  • Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and representatives from healthcare facilities to guarantee smooth project delivery.
  • Conduct regular site evaluations to track progress, identify potential challenges, and implement necessary solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as specific requirements related to healthcare facility construction.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of project activities, including daily logs, safety documentation, and inventory of materials.
  • Effectively communicate with all stakeholders, providing consistent updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
  • Travel to various project locations throughout the week, with the expectation of returning home on weekends.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Construction Foreman, ideally within the healthcare or medical imaging sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, tools, and materials, particularly in the context of healthcare facility renovations.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse workforce.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset for identifying and resolving issues.
  • Capability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel weekly and adapt to various work environments.
