Responsibilities:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior Clinic Operations Manager to lead our Prairie Parkway Clinic.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and providing guidance and support to our healthcare team.

You will work closely with physicians, residents, nurses, and administrative personnel to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.

  • Complete authority over daily clinic operations.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge and provide operational support for tasks and responsibilities in areas of oversight, including protocols, processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Offer leadership within the clinic or department to guarantee effective and efficient office operations, optimizing performance and continuously enhancing the quality of care in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
  • Manage the daily administration of the office, including coordinating clinic operations, establishing work schedules, assessing staffing requirements, and supervising and training staff in patient relations and office policies.
  • Oversee the financial operations of the clinic, including accounts payable, timely and accurate preparation and submission of payroll reports, budget formulation, reviewing necessary reports and monthly financial statements, and monitoring accounts receivable.
  • Engage in the annual budgeting process and budget development as directed.
  • Ensure that electronic health record work queues are managed on a daily basis.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required OR a combination of education and experience.

Business and/or healthcare management degree preferred.

5+ years of leadership experience – Minimum 4 years of clinical management experience or equivalent healthcare management experience.

Experience with and knowledge of process improvement.

Experience in accounts receivable, including billing, collection, ICD-9, and CPT coding.

Preferred experience in personnel management, facility management, financial management, budgeting, and computer systems are preferred.
