Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Northwest x Southern Hospitality. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our facilities.

About the Role:

  • As a Maintenance Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for all maintenance-related issues within the hotel.
  • You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, repairing, and replacing equipment and fixtures.
  • You will also assist other trade mechanics in their duties to ensure a safe and well-maintained hotel environment.
  • Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required.
  • Prior hotel or hospitality experience is preferred, but not necessary.
  • You must demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with others.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, and sick leave.
