Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement process automation solutions (both hardware and software) to enhance productivity, quality, equipment performance, and reduce downtime.
  • Define and develop manufacturing concepts and processes for new product introductions and enhancements, utilizing advanced engineering methodologies such as DFM/DFA, FMEA, and Lean Six Sigma.
  • Evaluate and adopt innovative, cost-effective, and safe manufacturing techniques to improve operational efficiency.
  • Establish manufacturing planning, tooling requirements, capability assessments, and control plans to define and specify manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and optimize manufacturing flow lines, workstation layouts, and controls to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve design for manufacturability and integration into the manufacturing environment.
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise to resolve manufacturing process and product design challenges, conducting analyses and corrective action planning.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Engineering.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing is essential.
  • Experience with Project Management, PLC, and AutoCAD is necessary.
  • Proven ability to implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong aptitude for mechanical and electrical applications related to equipment and processes.
Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $90,000 - $105,000

This role is designated as Safety Sensitive.
