Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Konecky Oil Inc. in Mead, Nebraska. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine automotive maintenance and repairs, including oil changes, tire rotations, and mechanical repairs.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine automotive maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and transmission flushes.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues, including engine diagnostics and transmission repair.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive repair and manufacturer training requirements.
  • Conduct test drives to verify soundness of vehicles after repairs.
  • Keep accurate records of customer and vehicle information.

Requirements

  • Automotive and engine repair experience or auto mechanic training required.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
  • Graduated from an associate degree program in auto maintenance and repair.
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and provide friendly customer service.
  • Must be able to maintain accurate records with detail.
