Salary and Benefits
This position offers a base salary plus commission, with yearly earnings ranging from $50,000 to $100,000+. We also provide ongoing leadership development programs, one-on-one mentorship, three months of structured training, access to Paul Davis University, cell phone and computer, company vehicle and gas reimbursement, PTO and sick days, and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities and Requirements
- Be familiar with assigned territory
- Responsible for educating customers on products or services and effectively articulating their use and need
- Monitors interprets and responds to lead sources
- Establish and maintain positive relationships in the local community
- Volunteer non-operational time to related community events
- On-call 24/7, including weekends and holidays
- Marketing
- Achieve and remain current in required certifications
- Provide emergency recovery kits and services to impacted property owners

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
The physical environment requires the employee to work in all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment, having the ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
