Job Title: IT Director

We're seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our technology operations team at Efinity Mortgage. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless functionality and efficient operation.

This position requires a high level of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent leadership skills. As the IT Director, you will be responsible for implementing IT disaster planning and disaster recovery processes, conducting regular security checks, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in IT management, with a strong background in network systems, phone systems, internet connectivity, and other technological equipment. Certification in Microsoft Certified: Office 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert or equivalent relevant certification is highly desirable.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation of IT disaster planning and disaster recovery processes.
• Conduct regular security checks on all systems to ensure protection from cybersecurity threats.
• Troubleshoot technical issues quickly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and implement new solutions as needed.

Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of experience in IT management.
• Strong background in network systems, phone systems, internet connectivity, and other technological equipment.
• Certification in Microsoft Certified: Office 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert or equivalent relevant certification.
