At Providence, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane, WA. This is an exciting opportunity for a Neurology Care Specialist to work with patients and families affected by neurological disorders.

About the Role:

We require a dedicated professional to provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs, identify areas for improvement, and implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and education.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support excellent patient care.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington State RN license upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification within 90 days of hire.
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire.
  • At least one year of acute care experience with a similar patient population.

Compensation Package:

This role offers a competitive salary range of $40.13-$74.20 per hour, plus additional compensation opportunities.
