Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dialysis Facility Administrator to lead our team at National Renal Care LLC.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care services. They will oversee all aspects of facility management, including staff supervision, recruitment, training, and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care servicesDevelop and implement effective operational strategies to ensure efficient use of resourcesMaintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality and patient satisfactionEnsure timely and accurate reporting of facility performance metricsContribute to the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and profitability

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 18 months' experience as an RN with 12 months experience in nursing care of patients with kidney failure
  • Current RN license in the relevant state, maintained as current and in good standing
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Demonstrated expertise in dialysis nursing services, with knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in NRC clinical applications, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
