Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments from suppliers, verifying accuracy and quality.
  • Process received shipments by accurately recording and labeling items, updating inventory systems.
  • Organize and shelving products in a logical and easily retrievable manner, optimizing warehouse space.
  • Collaborate with the inventory team to conduct periodic stock checks and assist in inventory management tasks.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments for customer orders, selecting appropriate packaging materials and ensuring accurate labeling.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics is a plus.
  • Previous experience in shipping and receiving, preferably in an ecommerce or warehouse setting.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and move packages of various sizes, as well as stand, stoop, and bend for extended periods.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and shipping partners.
