">This part-time position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to balance your work and personal life while making a meaningful impact in the lives of others. With a strong focus on skill building, internal resource allocation, and emotional regulation, you will be an adjunct to ongoing clinical work with outside teams of clinical providers.
">Responsibilities

- Face-to-Face Sessions: Engage in weekly sessions with clients in need of support, providing a safe and empathetic space for them to share their thoughts and feelings.">
- Safety and Support: Monitor clients to ensure their safety and well-being, responding promptly to any concerns or issues that may arise.">
- Home Visits: Conduct regular home visits to assess the client's environment and provide guidance on how to create a supportive living space.">
- Medication Management: Assist clients with medication counts and adherence, ensuring they stay on track with their treatment plan.">
- Toxicology Screens: Conduct random toxicology screens to monitor clients' substance use and provide guidance on recovery-related activities.">
- Life Skills Coaching: Support clients in developing essential life skills, such as resume building, scheduling, budgeting, organizing, goal setting, and tracking.">
- Recovery-Related Activities: Engage in activities that promote recovery, such as exercise, meditation, grocery shopping, 12-step meetings, community development, and more.">
- Phone Support: Provide phone support to clients, offering a listening ear and guidance when needed.">
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all sessions, interactions, and noteworthy events, ensuring seamless communication with the case manager.">
Requirements and Qualifications
">We are looking for a qualified candidate who possesses a unique blend of skills and experience. A familiarity with mental health treatment and services is preferred, along with some trauma and addiction-informed skills. The ideal candidate should also have a valid driver's license, CPR certification, and the ability to remain empathetic and professional in stressful situations.
">Benefits
">This part-time position offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $20.00 to $36.00 per hour, depending on the assignment and qualifications. Employees will be advised of the applicable rate for any particular assignment in advance. The Camden Center offers management services to individuals with mental health and/or addiction challenges, providing a comprehensive support structure for successful reintegration goals.
