About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Mental Health Support Manager to join our team at SCHARP California.

As a Mental Health Support Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our mental health programs.

You will work closely with our CCBHC director to develop and implement effective strategies for managing complex social determinants of health and mental health needs.

With a strong background in case management and experience working with low-income, diverse populations, you will be able to navigate the challenges of this role with ease.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring timely completion of NOMs measures for all program enrollees
  • Collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation
  • Providing support and guidance to enrollees with complex mental health needs

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
