Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Enclosure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting field tests and investigations on exterior systems, including facades, upright walls, roofing, waterproofing, and fenestration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in projects related to building envelope, including facades, roofing, and waterproofing, conducting field tests and quality observations.
  • Conduct field investigations on facades and fenestration, providing recommendations based on your findings.
  • Develop a deep understanding of repair and restoration of exterior systems, ensuring accurate and timely responses to technical questions.
  • Utilize your expertise in commercial structures and concrete restoration to drive project success.

Requirements

  • A relevant bachelor's or master's degree in an engineering, architectural, or construction field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) license preferred.
  • IIBEC credentials preferred.
  • At least 8 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Proven experience in building envelope, facades, and upright walls.
  • Assessment experience on existing structures and buildings.
  • In-depth knowledge of all relevant building systems.
  • Ability to travel across multiple states.
  • Excellent computer and communication skills.
