We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Specialist to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing complex preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Align with all applicable codes, regulations, and company directives related to building operations and work safety.
  • Perform contracted work, including landscaping, snow removal, remodeling, HVAC, plumbing, and cleaning.
  • Manage and inspect the work performed by outside contractors.
  • Review assigned work orders and estimate time and materials needed to complete repairs.
  • Order materials and supplies to finish tasks.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of four years of related experience and/or trade school training.
  • Universal CFC certification preferred.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
  • Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
