About the Role

The Clinical Documentation Expert will develop, structure and edit health record documentation and clinical documentation to ensure data integrity and secure protection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Integrate health information management knowledge and experience to optimize operations through process improvement.
  • Develop and edit health record documentation to ensure data accuracy and security.
Requirements:
  • Associate Degree or equivalent.
  • One of: RHIA or RHIT certification. Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) credential must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year. As a hybrid employee, you will receive training at a Norton Healthcare facility and occasional on-site work may be required.
