We are seeking a motivated and intelligent associate analyst who is eager to tackle significant challenges and contribute meaningfully to our commercial systems team.

Your role will enhance the efficiency of various user teams as you address data management challenges, streamline back-end sales processes, and document operational functionalities.

This position is part of the internal Sales Operations team.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain support documentation that details internal sales operations processes and requirements.
  • Facilitate communication among Comscore's internal departments, including product, finance, legal, and operations, as new products are requested and developed in Salesforce.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our case intake process by prioritizing and addressing requests from internal user teams.
  • Assist in optimizing the sales cycle by verifying the accuracy of and approving Salesforce Opportunity and Quote records.
  • Oversee data requests to ensure adherence to relevant data retention regulations.
  • Perform additional data management tasks as needed.


What You'll Need

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree.
  • 2-3 years of experience in administration and/or customer service roles.
  • Familiarity with contract management systems is highly desirable.
  • Experience with contracts and the contracting process is strongly preferred.
  • A highly intelligent individual with exceptional analytical skills, outstanding communication abilities, and a talent for building client relationships.
  • A detail-oriented approach is essential for this position.
  • A strong work ethic and a commitment to going above and beyond.
  • A passion for driving business forward in a dynamic and innovative environment.
  • The ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
