Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Case Management Specialist to join our team at Asociacion Puertorriquenos En Marcha Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision and daily operational oversight for support care staff.
  • Track and review client information, assign caseloads, and coordinate staff counseling in emergencies.
  • Produce and distribute reports on cases for effective service evaluation.
  • Assist staff in analyzing case problems and improving diagnostic and helping skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field with 2+ years of experience in human services.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required, with exceptional proficiency in written, oral, and reading skills.
  • Pennsylvania Child Abuse clearance, Criminal History Check, and FBI Fingerprint background check.

Salary and Benefits:
