Design Validation Engineer II

Our client, Hamdan Resources, is seeking a highly skilled Design Validation Engineer II to join their team. The primary responsibility of this role is to apply practical knowledge of manufacturing best practices to enhance the design for manufacturability gauge R&R.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute internal speed reducer design standards in accordance with product functionality and manufacturing best practices.
- Validate production designs against internal design standards.
- Collaborate with the internal design team to incorporate design standards into the daily design workflow.
- Participate in regular process improvement meetings with a cross-functional departmental team.
- Participate in Design Standard Review Improvement Meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in Design Manufacturing.
- High knowledge base on manufacturing best practices for fabrication, welding, and machining.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Previous experience working on cross-cultural teams.
