Job Overview

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement tailored applications, reports, dashboards, and workflows utilizing Power Platform tools.
  • Collect and evaluate business requirements to create comprehensive solutions that fulfill stakeholder expectations.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with current systems and external data sources to ensure smooth data flow and interoperability.
  • Apply best practices for data modeling, visualization, and workflow automation to enhance performance and user experience.
  • Deliver training, documentation, and support to end-users to encourage adoption and maximize the advantages of Power Platform solutions.
  • Stay informed about the latest features, enhancements, and best practices within the Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget.

Required Experience:

  • Expertise in Power BI for data visualization and analysis.
  • Practical experience with Power Apps for developing custom applications.
  • Strong capabilities in workflow automation using Power Automate.
  • Familiarity with Power Virtual Agents for chatbot development is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker or Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications & Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and implementing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite.
