About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team and lead the development of cutting-edge solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement applications and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and related technology.
- Translate complex functional and technical business requirements into custom solutions with engaging customer experiences using low-code development technologies in SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dynamics 365, and other Microsoft applications.
- Participate in product development and production deployment.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience with front-end or low-code business application software development.
- 4+ years of experience developing applications with Power Platform, including both canvas and model-driven Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Experience with web and front-end software development techniques and frameworks.
- Experience conducting and participating in code reviews.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
- Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics development and migration.
- Experience with web services and API development, including custom connectors.
- Experience with data modeling and design.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and SharePoint, and how they integrate with Power Platform.
- Knowledge of relational databases.

Compensation:
Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $110,100.00 to $250, annualized USD.
The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
