Job Summary
As a Primary Care Physician with Big Sandy Health Care, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a clinic setting. Your expertise will be essential in planning, directing, and evaluating clinical care activities and services delivered to individual patients.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide medical services to patients, including examination, diagnosis, planning, treatment, and evaluation of progress.
Offer extended care services to patients, ensuring their needs are met and their health is optimized.
Accurately document patient health information in the BSHC Electronic Medical Record System, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding their condition and treatment, providing clear and concise information.
Maintain regular clinic hours and be available to provide patient care at all times during these hours, promoting a team-oriented approach to healthcare delivery.
Provide clinical supervision to medical support staff, ensuring they receive the guidance and support needed to excel in their roles.
Collaborate with Administration to develop and update standards of care, principles of practice, standing orders, clinical protocols, and other medical policies that benefit BSHC patients.
Participate in quality assurance activities, including audits, to ensure the delivery of high-quality health services.
Adhere to BSHC's corporate compliance program and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned by Administration, contributing to the overall success of Big Sandy Health Care.
