Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Installation Manager to lead our installation process in Detroit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the installation process, including technical measurement, warehouse, installation, and service, to ensure homeowner delight, efficiency, and appropriate resource capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the installation process, including technical measurement, warehouse, installation, and service.
  • Ensure homeowner delight, efficiency, and appropriate resource capacity.
  • Implement and execute recruiting strategies to meet workforce requirements.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Customer Process functions to ensure resources are aligned with demand fluctuations.
  • Participate as a team member on the CORO Safety Committee and ensure compliance with regulatory procedures and requirements.
  • Directly or through other Leaders, supervise installation process associates, including performance planning, fostering open communication, and answering team concerns and questions.
  • Work directly with Homeowners to resolve installation process issues when front-line leadership needs support.
Requirements
  • Four-year degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record.
  • A minimum of 7 years of work experience in the home improvement or other closely related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of direct supervision experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of applicable building codes and construction techniques preferred.
  • Previous work experience recruiting and managing independent contractors. Ability to work and lead in a team environment required.
  • Previous P&L responsibility required.
