Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Production and Quality Control Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and fabricating components, ensuring high-quality products, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and fabricate components using power equipment and wrenching techniques
- Operate a torch, plasma cutter, or grinder to cut and shape parts
- Position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements
- Install various truck accessories (decals, mud flaps, cameras, lights)
- Lift and stack completed subassemblies and parts up to 65 lbs
- Train and work in various areas of assembly in response to production demands
- Follow verbal and written work instructions
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED or evaluated equivalent of experience
- 6+ months of experience in a manufacturing or general labor industry
- Preferred: 1+ year(s) of experience in an assembly or mechanical occupation
