The Commercial Operations Leader will be responsible for overseeing electrical construction projects and managing project teams, ensuring that all site operations are executed with the utmost administrative and technical precision.

This role encompasses the planning, coordination, and direction of the entire engineering and construction process, guaranteeing that each project aligns with the specified design, budgetary constraints, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and align talent to meet the company's strategic goals.
  • Drive the company’s evolution through strategic initiatives.
  • Manage and nurture strategic partnerships, understanding their requirements.
  • Analyze the geographic market to identify and address specific needs.
  • Lead project acquisition efforts in line with current capabilities and resources.
  • Maintain full accountability for the financial performance of the division.
  • Provide leadership and direction to project teams.
Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience as a Division Manager or Project Executive within an electrical division generating over $20M in annual revenue.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in task management.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Exhibit integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to quality and safety.
