Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Pediatric Nurse/Home Health Care RN to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide one-on-one care to children in their homes, utilizing your clinical expertise to create a safe and nurturing environment.
Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, including ventilation care, tracheostomy care, and nutrition via feeding tube.
- Collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and maintain accurate records of patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
