Job Summary

Foothill De Anza Community College District is seeking a qualified part-time instructor to teach Human Biology, Applied Human Anatomy & Physiology, and Functional Anatomy & Physiology courses. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to work with diverse student populations.

Responsibilities
  • Teach Human Biology, Applied Human Anatomy & Physiology, and Functional Anatomy & Physiology courses.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse students.
  • Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Participate in department meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Anatomy, Physiology, or a related field.
  • Teaching experience in a community college setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse student populations.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in an indoor office environment with regular standing, walking, and sitting. The position requires hearing and speaking to exchange information, vision sufficient to read various materials, and dexterity of hands and fingers to perform tasks.
