- Apply knowledge of mathematical testing and statistics to ensure that our software is mathematically sound.
- Keep up to date with the latest gaming regulations and ensure that our software complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct manual testing as needed, and train team members to do the same.
- Work closely with other members of the development team to ensure that software is developed to the highest quality standards.
- Provide regular reports to director on the progress and results of testing.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the technology industry.
- Strong technical skills, including experience with C#, C/C++, Java, Windows, Unix, and Linux.
- Deep understanding of mathematical testing and statistics.
- Knowledge of current gaming regulations.
- Mathematics degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with manual testing.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and resolve issues.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical colleagues.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to spot even the smallest of errors.
- Passion for gaming, with an understanding of what makes a great slot machine game.
