About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team at Providence Extended Care at the Cottages.

Job Summary

This per diem/on call position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. As a collaborative member of our cottage nursing team, you will provide resident care, supervise team members, and coordinate referrals to other healthcare professionals.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited School as a Licensed Practical Nurse or equivalent education/experience
  • An Alaska Licensed Practical Nurse certification upon hire
  • National Provider BLS certification within 30 days of hire
  • A Municipality of Anchorage food handler permit or ability to attain certification within 21 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with 6 months of nursing experience in a healthcare facility, particularly in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation centers. Supervisory or leadership experience is also highly valued.
