Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team at HomeWell Care Services. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing in-home assistance with activities of daily living to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Providing in-home assistance with activities of daily living, including cleaning, meal preparation, personal care, mobility assistance, transportation, medication assistance, and keeping clients company.
  • Monitoring and reporting any changes in client condition to our Care Manager.
  • Participating in required training and staying up-to-date on the latest caregiving techniques.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working as a PCA/CNA or nursing student.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for providing exceptional care to others.
