Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Hunter Engineering Company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and data.
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Team and other management team members.
  • Manage the front desk, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and arranging meetings and lunches.
  • Assist with coordinating company-sponsored events and activities.
  • Support onboarding processes, including setting up new hires with company systems and creating employee badges.
  • Maintain training records and files, and ensure confidentiality of all HR-related activities and records.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in human resources or business preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, with experience in Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to follow set policies and procedures.
