About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Manager to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple programs simultaneously, including Secure and Non-Secure Aid and Assist treatment serving individuals who have been found unable to stand trial.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a mental health field and at least three years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting. A minimum of one year of management experience is preferred. The ability to provide licensure supervision is also a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple programs simultaneously, including Secure and Non-Secure Aid and Assist treatment
  • Oversee clinical services and treatment provision within assigned region
  • Supervise Residential Therapists and document supervision activities
  • Temporarily step into a Residential Therapist role in cases of vacancy or leave of absence
  • Maintain professional confidentiality of personnel, client, and program information
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a mental health field
  • At least three years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting
  • Minimum one year of management experience
  • Ability to provide licensure supervision (preferred)
