Position Overview

Director of Surgical Services
  • Reports directly to the Chief Nursing Officer.
  • Oversees 6 operating rooms, 2 obstetric operating rooms, and 2 endoscopy suites.
  • Plans for the addition of two more operating rooms within the next 18 months, with further expansions anticipated over the next five years.
  • Conducts a variety of surgical procedures including general, spine, plastic, orthopedic, urology, urogynecology, gynecologic oncology, obstetrics, gynecology, ENT, bariatrics, and podiatry.
  • Facilitates approximately 450 surgeries monthly, averaging over 100 per week.
  • Participates in a 15% annual incentive program.
