Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Recruiter to join our team at American Family Care. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for recruiting and placing Advanced Practice Providers and Physicians across our network of clinics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and place Advanced Practice Providers and Physicians through various sourcing methods, including networking and professional associations.
  • Meet or exceed established performance metrics, ensuring timely and effective recruitment processes.
  • Source candidates through various means, including telephone calls, emails, and other methods.
  • Review and evaluate candidates for proper qualification and placement within the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with Market Directors, Clinical Managers, and Physicians to move candidates through the interview and onboarding process.
  • Identify and participate in networking activities, such as job fairs and professional associations, to expand our recruitment reach.
  • Log calls and email communications daily into our applicant tracking system.
  • Maintain all documentation to track candidate information and monitor the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
  • Pre-qualify candidates, including availability, information regarding licensing, credentialing, and malpractice prior to interview.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Board contacts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting or staffing experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent analytical and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in computer software.
  • Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance and presentation.
  • Superior sales skills, self-driven, and able to work with minimal direction.
  • High degree of judgment and independent decision-making with regards to candidate qualifications.
  • Understanding of APP Board and Board of Medical Examiners rules and regulations regarding collaborative practice.

Work Environment

This role is based in an office environment with moderate noise levels. Significant amounts of keyboarding and mousing are required.
