Job Summary:

NaphCare seeks an experienced RN administrative leader to serve as Director of Jail Operations. This exceptional leadership opportunity will involve overseeing multiple correctional facilities and contributing to the company's expansion across the nation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and mentoring to on-site Health Service Administrators, typically Registered Nurses.
  • Travel to and support sites, launch new corporate initiatives, and participate in recruiting, retention, hiring, and onboarding activities.
  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with clients to pilot new programs and ensure sites stay trained on the latest NaphCare processes and procedures.
  • Review budgets and labor hours to ensure sites remain contractually compliant and adhere to NCCHC, ACA, and professional nursing standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare management/administration or a comparable degree.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of clinical operations and experience in leading teams.
  • Healthcare leadership experience is preferred.
