Are you looking for a challenging role in project management? We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager - Process Optimization Specialist to join our team at the University of Oklahoma.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a premier research university that leads the state in education and career opportunities. As a Project Manager - Process Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to projects and ensuring analysis, redesign, planning, and implementation processes are developed and supported to achieve departmental goals.

You will also ensure that project processes and outcomes are consistent with the vision and values of the department, maintain effective internal and external communication, and participate in meetings and committees. Additionally, you will assist with the development and implementation of communication plans and perform various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the function of the position.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 48 months of project management experience or 96 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic data analysis and general understanding of database concepts
  • Ability to organize and work in stressful situations to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
