Job Title: Healthcare Quality Manager - Opioid Abatement Initiatives

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum

Job Description

The Healthcare Quality Manager - Opioid Abatement Initiatives will play a key role in leading efforts to improve quality integration and oversee performance improvement initiatives within the Opioid Abatement Program.

  • Manage accreditation processes and develop quality metrics to drive performance improvement.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote community outreach and education efforts.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals and support the overall mission of improving pain management and opioid abatement practices.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare-related field required; Master's preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in related healthcare field, with a focus on quality management and process improvement.
  • Strong understanding of principles of project management, quality, performance improvement, and evidence-based practice.
  • Licensure or registration in nursing or allied health profession.
