About this Role:

This role involves supervising in-house and subcontractor crews for outside plant fiber installation on fiber-to-the-home projects. You will be accountable for successful project execution, site safety, quality, schedule, and cost. The position requires a strong understanding of construction practices and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project execution performance, including scope, cost, safety, quality, schedule, implementation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as a single point of contact between the Lead Construction Manager and construction execution.
  • Oversee construction execution on all assigned projects.
  • Maintain and manage sub-contractor relationships, ensuring work is performed according to project requirements.
  • Take corrective action as necessary.
  • Develop detailed material take-offs and scope of services lists from RFDSs and engineered drawings.
  • Track and coordinate material delivery, schedule construction, and drive completion to meet schedule and budget expectations.
  • Report project status and performance data to management.
  • Identify and assess improvement opportunities to add value.
