Sales Growth Specialist

The Sales Growth Specialist is responsible for maximizing sales growth profitably. To accomplish this, (s)he is responsible for regularly representing products and services for Shamrock Foods Company on a commission base to restaurants, resorts, hotels, and other institutional establishments through face-to-face interactions.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and Build Relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the food service industry
- Drive Sales Growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Support Customer Success
- Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and provide solutions to drive their success
- Provide training and support to customers on Shamrock Foods Company products and services
- Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends
- Stay current on industry trends and developments to stay ahead of the competition
- Share knowledge and insights with the sales team to drive sales growth and customer success
- Meet Sales Targets
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and profitability
- Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience
- 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and customer success
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the food service industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
