Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team at FPI Management, Inc. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for interacting with residents and potential residents to showcase our properties and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct property tours and provide accurate information about each apartment home
  • Process rental applications and secure lease agreements from qualified individuals
  • Assist with lease renewals and resident retention programs
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws and Company policies
  • Maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and clients
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in residential property management
  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate required; college degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and property management software
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with affordable housing programs, including LIHTC, HUD programs, and USDA-Rural Development
  • Experience in hospitality, retail, sales, or customer service
