Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager

At The Stella Hotel, a Noble House Resort, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service and quality standards are met. This includes supervising and directing service staff, developing and implementing quality standards, and maintaining profitability of the outlet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure excellent service for all guests, develop and maintain rapport with staff, and maintain a well-tuned team.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards for food and beverage outlets, including supervision and direction of service staff.
  • Interview, select, train, supervise, counsel, and discipline restaurant staff for the efficient operation of the outlet.
  • Organize and conduct pre-shift and departmental meetings, communicate pertinent information to staff, and schedule and direct staff in their work assignments.
  • Interact positively with customers, promote hotel facilities and services, resolve problems, and answer telephones in a clear voice.
  • Maintain profitability of the outlet, control payroll and equipment costs, and ensure par stock levels are maintained.
  • Evaluate cost effectiveness of all aspects of operation, develop and implement cost-saving and profit-enhancing measures, and utilize prescribed cash handling procedures.
  • Be an enthusiastic, helpful, and positive member of the team, professional, responsible, and mature in conduct and behavior, and maintain open lines of communication with each department.
Requirements:
  • Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Report to work on time and be available to help other departments in emergency situations.
  • Perform other assignments as directed by supervisor and adhere to all work rules, procedures, and policies established by the company.
Salary:

$42,500.00 per year.
