Key Responsibilities of the Operations Manager include:
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and oversee staff in their daily operations
  • Foster positive customer relationships and address service inquiries
  • Oversee procurement, inventory management, maintenance, and other operational tasks
  • Formulate strategies to enhance workplace efficiency and achieve objectives
  • Facilitate communication among management, customers, and team members
  • Assist with deliveries as required based on business needs

Required Qualifications:
  • At least one year of prior experience as an Operations Manager in a fast-paced service setting
  • Comprehension and demonstration of fundamental operational procedures and cost management skills
  • Experience in recruiting, retaining, and developing a diverse workforce
  • Ability to lead and enforce team member and food safety standards
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Proficient in operating and troubleshooting technology (POS, ATS, etc.)
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record that meets company standards is preferred
