Key Responsibilities of the Operations Manager include:
- Recruit, train, schedule, and oversee staff in their daily operations
- Foster positive customer relationships and address service inquiries
- Oversee procurement, inventory management, maintenance, and other operational tasks
- Formulate strategies to enhance workplace efficiency and achieve objectives
- Facilitate communication among management, customers, and team members
- Assist with deliveries as required based on business needs
Required Qualifications:
- At least one year of prior experience as an Operations Manager in a fast-paced service setting
- Comprehension and demonstration of fundamental operational procedures and cost management skills
- Experience in recruiting, retaining, and developing a diverse workforce
- Ability to lead and enforce team member and food safety standards
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Proficient in operating and troubleshooting technology (POS, ATS, etc.)
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record that meets company standards is preferred
