Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and uphold a Quality Management System (QMS) that aligns with IATF 16949 standards.
  • Lead the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) for the introduction of new products and processes.
  • Oversee the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
  • Perform root cause investigations and implement effective corrective measures.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives across processes.
  • Design and implement quality control procedures to assess production and product standards.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address complex challenges.
  • Remain informed on industry developments and regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of Quality Engineering.
  • Proficient in Quality Control methodologies, APQP, and PPAP.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and experience in root cause analysis.
  • Proven track record in driving process enhancements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
