Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to join our team in the technology industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive industry and possess expertise in APQP, IATF, PPAP, SPC, and FMEA.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
  • Lead and participate in APQP activities, including FMEA, SPC, and PPAP.
  • Maintain and update quality documentation, including control plans, work instructions, and inspection procedures.
  • Provide training and support to production teams on quality-related topics.
  • Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
  • Continuously monitor and improve quality metrics, such as PPM and DPMO.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our quality processes remain competitive and effective.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality engineering role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of APQP, IATF, PPAP, SPC, and FMEA.
  • Experience with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001 and TS 16949.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
