At Visionary Communications LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Technician to join our Wireless team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining wireless and fiber optic internet services at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure wireless and fiber optic equipment at customer locations
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing installations
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and productivity standards

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders
  • Valid driver's license and insurable to drive a company vehicle
  • Flexibility to work outside of standard hours and travel within the region
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn proprietary software
