Job Description Summary

Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  • Serve as a Role Model: Set a positive example for staff members in interactions with children and families, ensuring a culture of respect and empathy.
  • Orient New Staff: Provide comprehensive onboarding to new team members, outlining classroom routines, curriculum implementation, and expectations.
  • Maintain Teaching Portfolio: Document training, lesson plans, progress toward goals, performance, and other relevant data to inform instruction and decision-making.
  • Participate in Reflective Supervision: Engage in regular reflective supervision practices, monthly observations, feedback, and goal setting to enhance teaching effectiveness.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Educated in Early Childhood Education (EEC) qualified.
  • Demonstrated success in working with vulnerable populations, preferably homeless children and families.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish fluency preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and ECE software.
Compensation Package

Your estimated annual salary is between $54,200 and $56,126, commensurate with your qualifications and experience. The comprehensive benefits package includes health coverage options, paid leave coverage, and 1 week of paid parental leave.
