Custodian - Part Time - Columbine Health & Rehab

Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team at Columbine Commons Assisted Living/Health and Rehab facility. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility common spaces and other building interiors.
Responsibilities- Sweep, vacuum, mop, scrub, wax, and polish floors using industrial vacuum cleaners and scrubbing and buffing machines.
- Clean walls, ceilings, and light fixtures.
- Wash and replace blinds.
- Move cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates, and equipment to clean areas.
- Remove stains from surfaces using chemicals and cleaning solutions.
- Sweep walks and remove snow or perform other incidental seasonal tasks.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with an education minimum of 8th grade and be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Must be interested in geriatrics, able to work independently or with a team, and attentive to detail.
- Must be able to tolerate lifting, pushing, and pulling in the 25-pound range frequently.
